07 January 2030 is our current target launch date. It is a planning target and does not constitute a binding commitment to open on that date.
Requirements for implementation
Progress through the individual development stages and the final opening depend, among other things, on securing suitable investors, sponsors, contributors and an appropriate commercial property, as well as successfully completing financing, permits, construction, approvals and testing.
Possible schedule changes
If essential requirements cannot be met in time, the schedule may need to be adjusted. If, by 2030, neither a suitable commercial property nor viable financing or sufficient support from investors and sponsors can be secured, implementation may no longer be economically viable.
Project reservation
In that case, we reserve the right not to proceed with, or to discontinue, the project. The concept, scope, location, schedule and implementation may change as the project continues to develop.
